This is my favorite Family drama of all time, next in line for me is Smile You and Ojakgyo Brothers. I watched Smile Donghae in the span of 1 week! 159 episodes really isn't THAT long - they are only 35mins each - most episodes are an hour at least! so to break it down it is really only like a 80 episode drama. I've watched and re-watched this drama and I want to Re-watch it AGAIN! Donghae is so Loveable!
