they are different but yet somehow certain things give you the same "feelings" as you're watching the drama - MDSY is definitely Unique and I don't think it could be "fully" compared to another drama. but there are "little" similarities in certain things - not a lot mind you - but if you liked MDSY - you should be the type that would like this drama too.
it has a secret birth - hiding whose child is whose and then finding it all out later causing chaos
