There's like 70 left I'm pretty sure. They aren't going to show everybody in 6 episodes
But you were talking about Last Samurai Standing. Speaking about the Japanese style of filming. Or did I misunderstand you in the large comment?

It's not about which is better. And about the value of the work for the genre. The squid game doesn't bring anything…
Please read my comments below carefully and you will find the answer.

I think Okada Junichi has a different opinion than Sanada Hiroyuki. I don't see a problem with that. You can achieve success without betraying yourself. I believe that was the goal of the genre's revival.

What's true is true. The series isn't for everyone.
Then I recommend the movie "Sisam"

I am not here to debate, just to state my own opinion.I won't say that "everyone is entitled to their own…
Does a person's opinion matter if he speaks out on a topic he doesn't understand?
People only saw The Squid Game, and everything related to the survival game genre began to be called The Squid Game. Some even ridiculed projects in this genre, saying they were just copying The Squid Game.
Even projects that came out before the Squid Game were accused of copying the Squid Game.
These are the kind of people who have flooded into the genre, which is why those who have been interested in it for a long time are extremely dissatisfied.
Because The Squid Game is a Frankenstein woven from other people's projects. It's not about inspiration, but about copying. Meanwhile, people who only want to talk (and not study the subject matter) talk about the originality and uniqueness of the series. This is precisely why those who understand the genre are extremely dissatisfied.

This is exactly what we are talking about.

Anything is possible. There are two points. First, this series is very important to Okada Junichi, very important indeed. Second, the series is popular and beloved in Japan. So if Netflix cancels the series, Okada will come up with something.

What we mean here is something completely different. To put it simply. Yes, The Squid Game is a popular series. That's why a lot of tourists came to the genre. These people are spreading ignorance and misinformation. Therefore, people who have been in this genre for a long time are extremely irritated by the current situation.

I recently read, but I don't remember the source, that the series isn't owned by Netflix. Netflix is just a partner.

It's not a problem. Even if Netflix cancels it, the Japanese won't care. They'll just release it on another platform.

There will definitely be a second season. There is no reason why it shouldn't be. It's just too ea rly for an announcement.

The Japanese are truly masters of Deathmatch/Battleroyale genre.AFAIK, they started with the live-action adaptation…
It's not about which is better. And about the value of the work for the genre. The squid game doesn't bring anything new to the genre, but rather uses everything that has been used long before. The Squid Gameis wildly copied and rewritten. This is why many people are irritated by the fact that people always compare all works in the survival game genre to a Squid Game.
But the truth is that people simply don't know anything about the genre other than The Squid Game.

63 left. This is very little for a Battle Royale. I think the Battle Royale was only in the first season. From now on, there will most likely be duels. Otherwise, what else will they show for three seasons.
