I love how one half of the comments are asking him to please reject this drama, and the other half are literally on their knees begging he accepts. Honestly though, I really loved him in Kingdom so much!! So I kind of hope he proceeds with this role...but then again, imo Sovieshu is literally the MOST infuriating character to ever exist in a Webtoon 😫😫Oh no I'm torn...oh well...

Honestly the Webtoon story isn't the best, it made me super frustrated at some parts 'cause the Emperor himself was just so UGH, and Trashta was honestly so dumb sometimes it was PAINFUL, but despite all that I'm really looking forward to this drama. I think also with this drama, a gateway to more Fantasy type romance Webtoon drama adaptions might open, and there we can get drama adaptions of more Webtoon with the same feel, but a better story....I always wanted to watch a K-drama based on a Fantasy Re-incarnation Webtoon (not like Marry My Husband where it's more modern, but one like The Remarried Empress where it's more like 'Victorian Era England'.)..maybe someday it might happen!!

Although I know the story could be better, I'm honestly excited for this drama. The Remarried Empress was the first Webtoon/Manhwa I ever read (although I never finished it haha) so it feels a bit special to me (despite its major flaws). That being said, what I'm most excited for is the costume and set design!! I wonder if they will give it more of a Korean feel, or if they will keep the outfits/locations more 'western' like in the Webtoon....Will they film in like an actual stone castle? Will Shin Min Ah (as Navier) sport an elegant poofy ballgown? I'm honestly so excited!! Also how will they do Heinrey's bird 'transformation? will they have like CGI bird or smth?...also who will play TRASHTA?? Like I NEED TO KNOW!!!
