I actually think it adds to the show, it shows a realistic version of love!

I see why Kong and Arthit aren’t as lovey dovey as many people would expect at this stage in their relationship, Arthit is moving from an environment of accepting friends to being almost totally isolated due to how much work he is getting, it seems as if he is afraid of showing how he truly feels because he doesn’t want to be judged. Kong on the other hand still is able to interact with his supportive friends, plus he is living in the moment, not really thinking about what things could mean for their future. In other words, Arthit is a worrier, he worries and worries until he is physically and emotionally exhausted. This I personally see to be the reason there is a lack of romantic gestures between the two. In season one it was the thoughts that everyone could have about them and their relationship and the fact that Arthit was still processing his feelings, along with his worries about Kong’s future.

POTENTIAL SPOILER

now, Arthit is still worried about what other people think and how it could affect Kong, he already knows his feeling but his fear of judgment is literally running the show right now.

Though same, but I watched Sotus season 1 before getting into BTS and KPOP in general so Suga reminded me of Krist (Arthit) rather than the other way around

Well my sister isn’t adverse to BL in the first place, I kind of eased her into the genre myself... I started by introducing her to the anime Yuri on Ice and then I eventually got her to watch Sotus...

To be honest I just watched this series for the side couple Ming and Kit, I know where you’re coming from. Eventually it got annoying for me too.

Since you enjoy the cuter stuff may I recommend that’s Thai are; Sotus the series, Senior Secret Love: Puppy Honey (seasons 1&2), Make it Right the series (1&2) And I also recommend Both seasons of Lovesick.

Also if you don’t mind them not being Thai another cute/sweet one I found are the Seven day movies. Both Monday-Thursday and it’s continuation Friday-Sunday.
The way I listed the Thai ones are in the order that I personally like them the first one listed being Sotus is my favourite of the bunch and Lovesick being my personal least favourite.

I get the whole family not understanding, only my sibling and one of my best friends know about my addiction. These are the BLs I have personally watched so far that I personally see as cutesy and not too “mature” I hope you enjoy cause there really isn’t anymore that I have watched that I can offer in this category of BL

Personally if the whole scenario of someone cheating on another person is not for you, I would cut out most of Lovesick.
If relationships that start out with alcohol and late night regrets/relationships built off of moments like this I would cut out Make it Right.

The show has aired in Thailand but GMMTV didn’t post it to their channel (with or without English subtitles) they only posted the preview to episode 2. Sadly

Yeah like the producers just want to make an ending where they can sell products after the series ends so they get the writers to write a happy ending after a whole season full of chaos and problems.

As you can probably tell I’m hyped, I’m going to Rewatch Sotus all the way through as many times as possible till it airs! And I’ll watch the trailer and teaser! I’m just too Excited and Hyped!!!

Hopefully they are planning to make a third season due to the hypes Sotus has gotten

And hopefully they are planning to give Arthit and Kongpob a happily ever after, after the conflicts seen in the trailer.

So that they can again, hopefully make a third season where they expand on previous couples and make them a fluffy side couple.
