At this point, I'm not even waiting for the drama. The books are more than enough for me. The drama will not have a single thing that the book has, and "bromance" is not as enticing as it sounds, it's nothing. So, I'm happy with the book version. The Chinese government can keep its homophobia and restrictions.
Am I the only one, who didn't watch it till the end because of major character death? I literally skipped most of the drama though, then when I saw the clip, I couldn't muster the courage to resume watching. So, was just wondering, if anyone has done the same. 😊
The drama couldn't hold my interest till the end. The ending was not satisfactory to me. Thankfully, I moved to Moonlight, so I don't feel too bad. However, Ding Yu xi looked really really good in LGIEF, for which I wanted a good ending, but they didn't even show his face at the end. It’s an open one, and I despise such endings.
I know I'm very late to this party, on ep 7 now. But so far I'm really enjoying this drama. I like Yu Shuxin, and now I think I like Ding Yuxi as well (this is the first drama of his, I'm watching). It's funny, cute and filled with anticipation, I hope this continues. Happy watching everyone 💙
Watched it only for Seon Ho. However, he too overacted at places, but still he was the main reason to watch it. Skipped to the parts where they showed him mostly. The fights were long and tiring. The monster that feels uncomfortable in harsh light and sun, felt similar looking to Gyeongseong Creature one. Found nothing worthwhile in the plot, just Seon Ho looked good smoking light cigerette 😂

Exactly! Her behavior towards SRQ is more compassionate where all her love should be towards PWX. She looks at SRQ like he is the lost love of her. It kind of disgusts me. In the book, the novel readers said that she and SRQ had a deep relationship. But in the drama it's not, so we can expect she must not be so gentle towards SRQ, and be more loving and understanding towards PWX. None of that is happening. You either show us that SRQ and Li Rong had something more between them in the past 20 years, and not just staying by her side or following her like a dog, or show the love and trust for PWX. It's like almost double timing with two male characters.
