Loving YothaGun so far. I’ve seen Perth and Santa in other series and they were good/fine/very acceptable. But together, and in the roles of Yotha and Gun…they’re sublime!
ArcArm are my favorite ForceBook pairing to date, too. I had no expectations for this series (I hadn’t researched, and didn’t really even know what it was about), and I’m so pleasantly surprised!
This series is SO GOOD! I didn’t watch it initially because I thought it was going to be a parallel universe kinda thing, but it’s absolutely not! The synopsis might be one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The series is so unique and creative! It’s sweet and fluffy and angsty and fresh! Watch at least through the end of episode 2 before you judge (and be sure to watch all the way to the end of each episode or you’ll miss important parts of the plot)
Every where i go i see people praising this drama alot about how masterpiece it is and honestly when i watched…
The later episodes really make the series because they reveal the underlying character motivations in the seemingly mundane early episodes. It might not be your jam & that’s absolutely fine. But if you’re thinking of continuing, it’s how the plot unfolds in the later episodes that sets the series apart.
I was very “meh” initially but once the time lapse happens, I was gripped. I need an immediate rewatch because I’m certain there as so many nuances I missed the first time. It was just the right amount of angst for me. I loved how layered it was and the redemption arc was very satisfying, IMO.
it seemed to me at first when DoHoe returned from outer space after 12 years, that he had been in a romantic/sexual…
In the episode where JY goes to DH’s apartment and DH kisses JY by the refrigerator, DH says “I don’t do this with him. Is that what you want to know?” DH is referring to not being intimate with HH. I agree with the previous poster. it was just a one sided thing from HH to DH. it was never reciprocated.
As someone who has to watch with English subtitles, I love that this series is available on multiple platforms. Watching it on each platform gives subtle differences in translation and it’s like getting to watch each episode with fresh perspective. 10/10 loving this series ❤️
Really great opener for this series. And it reminded me that War is really a great actor. He really conveyed regret at the end of ep1. Had me feeling kinda choked up myself.
Pretty cute series, but not a lot happening with the plot. Great series to binge (especially if you can watch at 1.5x because the dialogue is often very slow).
Has anyone else noticed the instrumental Christmas Carol background music? I’ve heard it in a few episodes. For instance, ep 8 at the 16 min mark, the background music is The First Noel. 🎄
