There are many shows in which one of the main characters looses control and become a monster such as (attack on titan , claymore , lord of the mystries , any many more ) and start to fight with the main characters , same with hua yong who lost control because of his ruts which came earlier , even at the beginning of the series it explain that it was a virus which made the human's blood to change to alpha and beta and omega so it's like a disease , if you don't understand with those amount of informations , you will never get it .

They don't kiss well ? did you even see the kisses ? atleast you can watch the bts to see how they kiss , i saw the director of revenged love saying don't move the lips just touch it , while when you watch kipuka and eliot kissing they are devouring each other for about 1 minute .
