If it’s a miracle that Tarn wake up and recovered (by Tofu’s sacrifice), then I hope for another miracle,…
Notice that so far, Nut never had a choice in all these decisions - whether Tofu goes or Tarn lives. He still doesn’t know anything effectively on this aspect. He seems to be always just on the receiving end! Can Nut really be happy if Tofu is gone and he gets Tarn back? Relationship is that simple a replacement, even if it’s someone you loved before? Quite incredible if you ask me. :X
I think most people are still delusional and hope that Tofu will remain human and ends up with Nut. I have the…
I have to agree. Given tofu’s character, he will sacrifice himself so that P’Nut will get everything that he loves and makes him happy. That is the beauty of this character.
I am already mentally prepared for an ending whereby Tofu will be just a nice memory for Nut (as he will return…
I’m not sure. But it could be trying to reflect that care-giving for your loved ones can be a very stressful job… and we know Nut doesn’t hold his emotions very well. He did recover pretty quickly though compared to earlier episodes.
* Seems like Tofu will be poisoned by Jan. This place looks like to be Saen's house in Chiang Mai, because Jan's…
Before I watched Ep13 last week, I was thinking if they wanted Nut to eventually end up with Tarn, it will have been the perfect point to start the build-up. But they didn’t do so. In fact, instead they seem to have kept to the stance that Nut will still choose Tofu over Tarn. It’s getting more and more abrupt (and somewhat unbelievable, maybe some would say emotionally unacceptable) to move towards a non Nut-Tofu ending now.
There are really tons of theories / hypotheses / speculations on what kind of ending they might give us for this series - Nut-Tofu, Nut-Tharn, Nut-"Ngerng", and yes, I think I saw somewhere Tharn- "Ngerng"... Haha.
Just based on the drama series alone....
Was just thinking that up to EP13, if they had been trying to prepare viewers for non-Nut-Tofu ending, they had been rather subtle about it. They kept suggesting that Nut (while cannot entirely forget Tharn and have actions that makes Tofu really jealous), ultimately still appeared to want to "go back" to Tofu and had implied that he was afraid to lose Tofu even with the appearance of Tharn.
Similarly, if they wanted to lead viewers to think that somehow Tofu is on a specific "mission" for Tharn to care for Nut on his behalf, the way they had portrayed Tofu so far is like an entirely different being with his own mind and feelings. Sure, we can believe that Tofu's life and Tharn likely have some connections. But to say that Tofu is "sent" by Tharn to care for Nut, well... I really can't tell from all the interactions so far.
My "fear"... Tofu loves Nut so much... His character had presented so much unconditional love (which I think is very rare in this day and time other than possibly parents). He might ultimately "sacrifice" himself for what he perceives as Nut's happiness.
BUT sure.... it's a fantasy drama series after all.... it can still go in any direction. =X
Let's just discount the fact that Tofu is a teddy bear and say that he is an actual human being. I will say Tofu, for whatever he has done for Nut, deserves better. Nut is "damaged" from his past yes. But he also needs to "grow up" a bit more to be in a better position to love and be loved.
(After watching ep13 with Eng Sub, actually Nut still loves tofu. Just that his actions remain a bit insensitive to those around him. Understandable coz of the circumstance he is facing, but perhaps could be better managed.)
I think EP13 will be tough to get through. (Actually after watching with Eng Sub, it isn’t so bad.)
(Still) I feel: It's no good dwelling in the past. Focus on the present and more importantly don't forget the immediate people around you who also love and care for you.

Anyone’s Netflix already shows 16 episodes for TMOTB?
