Yikes, I'm a conservative, but I see nothing wrong with how this drama portrayed the transgender character? It's just a plot device - you're just a triggered ass-hat that wants to eradicate the entire LGBT population probably.
For the record, I don't think LGBTQ is a normal thing and is instead a mental disorder. However, I'm not sure how this drama "promotes" LGBTQ. In fact, it DOESN'T. A character being transgender suddenly doesn't mean the drama is an LGBT-supporting fanatic. In the ultra-conservative society South Korea is, I highly doubt this is being mentioned in a positive light. It doesn't normalize LGBTQ in anyway. I can't imagine getting this "disgusted" and "cringed out" by a mere fictional supporting character being transgender. Really says a lot about your personality.
What, do you think the Hannibal Lecter series is terrible because it focuses on this "sick" character that's a cannibalistic serial killer? You think that show normalizes cannibalism? If you do, so be it.
Wow. Here I thought this drama was already running out of plot by episode 10, but then our FL says she was previously married. Holy shit, the plot thickens.
I haven't heard anything about a S2 being made, are you sure you're thinking of the right drama?
Hong Sisters officially shut down any notion of a S2. That said, that doesn't mean they can't change their mind, but they basically ended the drama without having any plans for S2. They explained the ending cameo was just to show that a new owner would take over.
Honestly, this drama is pretty decent overall. However, I really felt that there was way too much filler for my tastes. I didn't find the gangsters funny etc. like others did unfortunately.
THE FUCK is happening? This is really bad, I tried so hard to wrap around the logic of every scene, with it's…
Children don't exactly provide the most accurate testimony. Testimony from children is on a case-by-case basis, and I suppose in this case, the authorities didn't think the child was competent enough to testify.
Just confirmed Kim Soo Hyun will cameo in Hotel Del Luna. My god, this show has so many famous cameos. Lee Joon Gi, Nam Da Reum, Sulli... and now THE KIM SOO HYUN
