On ep 21, rewatch. All I will say is that the character of Feng Zhi Wei is just stupid !!! She never listens to Ning Yi. Hell !!! Everyone is trying to kill him. He didn't even kill her father. It was the dam Crown Prince for goodness sake. That being g said I am still enjoying this. Let me know what greed and jealousy was like during those times and sadly still today.
Just finished watching the last episode. So sad but true for those times. I think the wisest of the were Ning Yi as n his father. Yes they killed people but it was for the kingdom, and the people. I feel sad for Feng Zhi Wei, because she made the choice to save her people. Once she spoke to NY father and explained how difficult it will for his son to rule, because of her. I feel her love for him, and knowing that no matter what he would love and protect her. She loved him enough to leave him. Her killing herself was her decision. I love that fact before she died her thoughts were for him and their being together in the next life. I also love the fact that Ning Yi said he could not join her yet. He has to make both their dreams for the people come true, then he will join her. Sad ending, but with promise. I am glad I watched it. Loved it. 10 / 10 is my vote.

I just watched Season 2. ZHI MING is making bad decisions because of his emotional loss of his friend and general. Who got killed because of Zhong Kun hatefulness for Murong Li. I recall Ah Li does not want control over other kingdoms. He just took back what is rightfully his. Plus he never lied to anyone. Now in this season and I think is so sad. Zhi Ming said going after the world seems like fun. That fool at the end who is caused the death of his so called friend in season one and his king still has not learned his lesson. He is even allowing his own followers to die. How crazy is that. Every kingdom wants Ah Li land. Why ,?? Then the end. ZHI MING HAS TAKEN HIS AMRY TO FIGHT HIS BELOVED AH LI !!!! Just stupid!!! I cried when I saw that ending. If they become enemies I will not watch a 3rd season.
I have completed Season one and all I can say is I was so mad I do not know what to do, When Bin and Qi killed themselves that was it for me. Then because of Kun you his king got poisoned to death. He just walks away. I am do mad right now. The ones i like the are A Li and Zhi Ming. Mount Li is so smart he has shaking my head like, okay what's next. ; ]] The my lovely, cute, adorable King Zhi Ming. He is just to much. He honest about what he likes to do. How cool is that. Loved the first Season. Now to watch Season 2
