You know what i dont like on this drama is how they filter LGX face so much that its funny. Dude is already handsome why add that beutify filter to make him look younger. I would honestly love if they didnt put filter on him. To show that he is truly an ancient god. Like the cdrama Love & Festiny with Nini I like how the ML looks there very mature and charismatic and super cool. Hays cdrama these days be focusing so much on beautifying they're actors and put heavy filters and makeup. Kinda hate it. So here's my cent, I think Baijue being cruel to houchi and shanggu at the very last episodes are the most important part for him to be revived. I'll just state an example. If Baijue told shanggu that he will sacrifice his life for the tribulation of chaos on the beginning they will surely spend their remaining time together and accepting their fate. It could also be a result of baijue being completely dead at the end and shanggu continues to be a chief god while missing her beloved one. Since shanggu didnt know that BaiJue will sacrifice himself instead and its already too late to see him one last time. Shanggu didnt get a closure and left with a broken heart. She cant accept the fact that baijue is no longer here and she feels guilty. Shanngu kneeling on the heaven and earth platform begging for bai jue to be back is really the reason why he was able to be revived. Her love and longing for baijue is so pure. And im really happy that they have a happy ending. This will be my forever xianxia drama.

The drama is disappointing the story plot and the cgi is so bad imo. Zhao lusi is the only one who carried the show. I read the novel and its way better. Pls you cant stop people comparing ALP to tli since they're obviously connected. The director and screenwriters did the novel so dirty.
