I didn't like the extra scene myself, but from what I've read it's not an extended ending but just a thank you for the fans. The ending of the show is the only ending. So I came up in my head they met after HYX gets out of college and starts her new job, and LZW gets contracted to do designs for them.
One of the best shows I've ever seen. Easily gets a spot in my top ten. The writing is amazing and tight, with an ending that they were able to actually land. And I also have to give a shout out to the acting. The main leads had to play different characters and also different versions of those same characters.
Also the OST is amazing, I've been listening to Last Dance on Spotify all week and it got to the point I didn't even skip the intro because of the theme song.

I agree with you. I watched this I think last year & I didn't like it at all & gave up. I think it just didn't age well at all. It's kinda like how everyone loved Boys Over Flowers & Heirs but trying to watch them now made me want to pour bleach on my eyes.
Goblin & Descendants Of The Sun are the first two that I had to vote for. I think they're both well acted, with good cinematography & dialog writing. But the problem I have with both is that nothing really happens in the show. The plot is just stretched out for 16 episodes.

Yo, episode 2 took a crazy left turn, like out of nowhere. So much happened in it, it really just went full speed ahead. A full on makjang (have no idea what the Japanese equivalent) just jumped out of the bushes.

Normally I don't judge shows too much on the romance, but the writer being her love interest is just like .......... She definitely had way more chemistry with the editor. Watching Etsuko with Yukito felt like watching best friends or two puppies playing. Yukito and Morio should have been together. I really liked everything except for the relationships.
I like this and think the debate theme is actually really interesting, but the current English subs just aren't high quality for the subject matter. When It comes to the regular college scenes the subs are fine, but once they start getting into the debate topics, which can be pretty complex I feel like the subs just aren't precise enough.
This show is going to be released on Netflix October 19th. I'm not sure if that's why they started ramping up the deletions or not.
