I just finished the first 8 episodes, and I have to say, North is still my favorite. He was in season one and now in part 2 even more. He has such a beautiful character and is just such a good friend. I also really love the friendship between him and Easter.
just watched the last 10 min for the n-time, and I just had to come here to express my admiration for Teetee. He has always done an amazing job in the display of the character Duang, but in those minutes he really shines. He hardly says anything in the end scene, but still you can see every emotion. His face, breathing, body language,... He is an amazing actor, and he just started his career! I can't wait for their next project and this one is not even over yet.

I think no one was expecting it to go this far this fast. Especially when Qin just very shy put his head on Duang 's chest. I actually thought that after the first kiss it would be over. The change in Qin is already so big, 2 or 3 episodes ago if he saw Duang sitting somewhere he would just walk on, now he actually sat down and took an earpod to listen to the song. And was interested what the song was.

The way Jamie talks to Pai is so different from him cool guy persona in the bar. especially when he was talking about Mar and waiting for him. It is funny. He is such an idiot but then he also knows the motto of the Phrae province?
In the bar when Duang asked where Qin went, Jamie answers his friends are still here, plural, so I don't think it will be Pai and Tong together. You can't really see Tong because of the pilar, but I'm pretty sure I saw a shoulder and arm.
When Duang followed Qin in the bathroom and Qin said he does not want to talk right now, Duang just agreed and left. I thought this to be very beautiful. Although he looked like a sad puppy and probably really wanted to explain himself, he did not argue or tried to convince Qin. He just did what Qin wanted. And I noticed he always does. Qins feelings and wants are always more important than his own. So beautiful to see. And Qin, in his own quiet way is already very considerate of Duang.
"I'm prepared to love you with everything I have." If Qin didn't melt, I did!!
When Qin said he had plans to go out, he deliberately paused to watch Duang's reaction.
I don't believe they will kiss in the cliffhanger. I guess it will be more something like Duang whispering in his ear. Duang would never cross that line without permission.
This was very long and I'm sure I stated the obvious a lot of times. It is the very first time I did such a long analysis of 1 episode. That really shows how beautiful it is to watch. I hope next week comes soon and we get ro see the continuation of their sweet and heartwarming relationship.
I'm gonna have to rewatch this episode and try not to scream every 5 minutes. From Qin agreeing to watch a movie, till them waking up in each other's arms, to Qin getting matching tattoos. Every time Qin smiles, him saying to Duang "I miss you too" to show possessiveness to Yim. It had me all screaming. I' m definitely rewatching this a lot till next Saturday.
I have to say, I'm glad that I saw the original thai version first, because here, because of the little time they have, they explain it less. so having the background of the thai version helps to fill the gaps. But the parallel worlds are indeed a hard sell. for me as well. 😉
OMG! What a heartbreaking episode this was. I think that all the manipulation was not really for Yang Meng, but to gain pity. But still, I understand Yang Meng completely. It feels like everything was a lie, and he was just using him to have "a great time", like they said.
Now he would doubt every word Yoki says. Is he telling the truth or lying again? It is exhausting to live like this. I feel really bad for Yang Meng.

I did not read the novel so I can't judge on that, I am certainly not saying that serious roles don't fit him. For me it just did not sit right and I can't tell if it is the character or the director. I'm certain Dunk did the best he could giving the directions he got.
