It's "betrayal" happened already in ep 18 , which is misunderstanding and not actual betrayal
You will understand why ML needs to create that misunderstanding on.18-19 episodes... then they will move on to 2nd arc where FL move on to find her path in business world, ML proceed to revenge for family but they still encounter each other
