It is written in weibo articles or sometimes the distributor platform published on the platform itself.. of course it’s in the chinese platforms not international one. And even if you don’t see them published, for those audiences who always watch C-dramas you can easily guess yourself which one is low budget productions and which one is high budget production.. it’s very easy to guess… most dramas with high popularity actresses and actors will always do the high budget quality dramas.. from there you can compare those dramas with low budget one.. then you’ll find out their differences
