I saw some people calling chi wen toxic for taking his hand away from lu wuyi after they got out of the illusion. But i kinda get him. He is the dragon deity and she is a formless moon fox. He can't just fall in love with a fox as a dragon deity. But in the illusion it was different. He was manman and she was dizhu. And there was no one around who actually knows them. And they were acting as a couple so it was natural for him to open up a bit. And with every one around he can't just hold her hands. Or the butterfly demon would see who his weakness was and he could threat him with her..

Ji ling looks soo different after he got out of the illusion 😭

When yuan wu huo was leaving the illusion we saw a glimpse of ji ling. It was like yuan wuhuo saw ji ling in li jie ...that means they were brother once??

This plot is crazy. If you can't take too much at once and can't remember every details then you won't enjoy the drama. I saw many people who can't keep up with the plot. This is what makes the drama more interesting . Got hooked on this drama. 😍

I think that li jie is in ji lings pov. When ywh was feeding the dragon marrows we saw him holding ji lings doll. And ywh said he fed him dragon marrows because he was blind and ji ling was also a blind fox. And i think baize knows that that's why he is avoiding them. So it's my theory ✌🏼

I was more invested in li jie's illusion. His illusion was more interesting and had many lores hidden. I wished they would give him more screen time. 2 episodes a day would've saved it🙏🏼

I got a theory...so in ep 12 we saw li jie's brother feeding him those dragon marrows because he was blind and weak. And in previous episodes we saw that ji ling was a blind fox and dragon deity saved him. And also when wu huo was feeding him the dragon marrows, he was holding the doll ji ling alway carried around. So what if li jie is now in ji lings place? And he is actually ji ling but not dragon deity?
Because i think the real dragon deity is wu shiguang. Because we saw that he was rescued by his father so he is not his biological father. And he had a special birthmark. his master is very powerful then why would he randomly start teaching him? He probably knew he was someone special. And we also saw when xiaowei died, the dragon deity power in her was transferred to shiguang and not chi wen.
Amd chi wen said that ji ling was his youthful past. So i think he is ji ling and he was innocent like him but something happened that he had to take dragon deity's place....

If you're dropping this in ep 8 then this drama is probably not for you. Loved this drama since ep 1
