I think they are the grounded story or plot out of everything rolling around. I think once they go out on that outing FL suggested, their feelings towards each other will come to light.

I think these two episodes today were very good and showed pretty much everybody’s thought process.

I think she’s a total lunatic at this point. I don’t think that she will have a happy end story unless it’s with the prince that she chose to align herself with.

I think that’s basically the same thing she is getting off on the pain. Especially after today is episodes. She’s just crazy.

I get it. And changing photos on this site is very hard. They have very strict rules and unless you’re some kind of tech genius or can Photoshop properly I gave up trying to change photos a long time ago.

I’m finishing up watching episode 22 and I’m commenting in that giant spoiler post. It’s taking this long because I had an issue with my iPad so for those that asked just keep reading I should be done in the next 20 or so minutes.

I think the filter that production used made us unable to tell who the actors are lol.

I really don’t know why it’s getting so much hate this drama. But whatever I never pay attention to that crap anyways I watch something if I like it. If I don’t like it, I won’t watch it no matter how amazing it is to others.

Maybe this week coming up because she hasn’t yet.

Sounds good. I didn’t watch embers. It didn’t speak to me, but I’m glad to whoever did and liked it. And I’m very happy that imperial corner is getting a season two I’m wondering what kind of mischief and trouble our for goofballs can get themselves into.

Sounds good. I think Youku will probably drop hidden shadow in the beginning of May and then the legend of ZH toward the end. I don’t know about the other two platforms. There are a lot of things that can drop though because a lot of things got distribution licenses.

I agree the filters that they used for the leads are pretty ridiculous especially our prince. He looks so pasty white like he’s a vampire or something. I think the makeup artist overdid a little bit on the concealer or whatever they used.

Ok so far that annoying chick that likes our SML needs to get gone; hopefully the public embarrassment does it. And our second couple seem to have “a misunderstanding” but his hidden smile as he walked away spoke volumes. (“Tie him up and tell the Jiang family to come and retrieve their trash” had me nearly spit out my juice 🤣.) So far she’s been giving him orders on how their relationship should go but I feel he will play hard to get to make her a bit nervous which is good.

Prince confessed which is good and making her feel even more nervous is good too. The time where he distances himself, I think follows the phrase “absence makes the heart grow fonder.“

Oh so mom was also pregnant with a girl that apparently she miscarried, so that really changes the narrative of ML calling FL his sister; ok it’s a lot more understandable and believable even though he did let his jealousy get the better of him more times than I’d like.

“You vile crow” preceded by a kick in the ass 🤣🤣🤣; I’m done. Stupid nanny thought she could bully our FL? Wrong person to even go at, let alone now that “dad“ is in the picture. Song parents need to get with the times. Nobility and commoners can marry for love, it’s not just groom or bride snatching as creepy as it is.

Really sweet how the groom snatching and bride snatching happened in one go. That was done very well. Talk about run for your life. All those women running up to her and she’s like OK You guys are crazy.

Very glad that SFL and FL had that heart-to-heart talk and FL advised her to suggest going on the spring outing with her husband and clarify their feelings. I think that’s the best advice she could’ve given them both. I truly think that at that point is where their feelings for each other will grow into what they’re supposed to be.

ML did the right thing with the register because right now there’s no way the palace should be investigating the FL. He’s drowning his sorrows; but knowing how this is going to go, there’s going to be a loophole eventually. And it’ll probably come with FL‘s returning memories. So though that portion is sad, I think it is the proper progression of things. Also, I liked how FL understood that her feelings toward SML even though he’s done so much were pure friendship. Also, very appropriate. I already said if nobody wants SML I will take him. I do have this feeling that ML‘s father will play a role in getting the register fixed or something that at the end they can marry each other.

ML plays a very convincing drunk. The way his hand was shaking when he was signing that register was the hindsight 2020 talking. But even though I am sad because that’s the emotion and he gave permission for FL to try with SML, I do think it’s still the proper progression. The character is getting his karma, but we know that things will fix themselves eventually towards the end. I do like how he has a drinking buddy, his assistant friend. Right now they don’t have anything. He thinks he’s at a dead end, though we know he’s not. There’s still the whole can of worms of her getting her memories back and what that does. Plus the exoneration of master and dealing with all the villains. So we still have a lot of story I feel. I feel for the ML and I can even say I call him a hero for doing what he did despite his own heartbreaking for him her safety is more important than His love. And she also felt an emptiness. There’s a lot of these nuanced emotions that people miss I feel when they are watching. Not just what they say or how they act but the little things. I think it’s very important for the character to feel that to express that to go through it.

It’s also obvious that FL will try it with SML and still find that she only has friendship feelings, but at least she has that opportunity to try. He will get hurt, but he will have to respect her just like he said he would hopefully. I still do not think he’s going to turn against her or ML. But he will get hurt and understandably so.

The third couple deserve each other. They are both absolute lunatics. I wonder what he recognized on her handkerchief? But yeah, they are totally the nuthouse couple.

ML treating this entire thing like someone died is a bit much. But at least he’s willing to “let go“. We all know it’s not going to last but I do look forward to seeing what happens when her memories return. OK I’m done watching those are my thoughts.

Her love line is Prince asswipe so I’m not really sure whether she will be his redemption or at the end they will kill each other. What’s gonna happen there. But I think even from the beginning, she was a morally gray character. Yes, she suffered a lot but so did a few of the other women that we saw FL save, and none of them jumped into bed with probably the worst person imaginable, just for the fact that he had power without knowing that he could possibly and probably be responsible for the downfall of your family in the first place. She’s very cunning and I think that’s what draws them to each other. I don’t know how they’re going to work this relationship in the long run, but it’ll definitely be interesting to see.

Oh my god those guys were so disgusting. I’m so glad fatso is dead, but there’s also the third prince and TL who at this point from the clips in the previews that I saw I think she’s worse than the prince. I think she hooked herself onto the big bad, but she actually herself personality wise, maybe worse than the big bad.

I think I’ve seen the ML only in one costume drama the imperial corner, where I think he became popular and one modern drama, which was written very poorly. But this is nice for him to go from humble beginnings to top scholar to minister to whatever the heck he’ll become at the end.

Martial arts first because that chick seems to be a villain magnet. The rest of it can come later on.

He needs to give her a weapon or teach her some martial arts because she just goes off without thinking twice.

Oh wow, they really did a lot with these two episodes huh? Well in that case it definitely changes the perspective a bit. I don’t understand why people are still saying this show is horrible because it’s constantly twisting and changing the storyline in a certain way just a little bit so you can get a new perspective. Which personally as a novelist I like. If it was just going down the same old road with no changes that would be boring.
