The solution is quite simple. Have the assistant pick up the letters or set up a box that fans can drop letters in. He doesn’t have to stand there for an hour after he worked so hard and so long just to pick up mail and listen to each fan yammer forever.

He’s managed by GJM who knows nothing about how to run a business. He’s a screenwriter/director not a businessman. he has no clue on how to manage someone. they are slowly starting to do things, but the whole him turning into a mailman after like a 14 to 19 hour days is insane. And the fact that the fans themselves don’t realize that they’re taking away from his rest time is even more ridiculous.
