I thought there was only one main antagonist, but it seems that there’s more than one and they’re holding hands. But I do agree with what someone wrote below regarding ML‘s brothers. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I understand she wants to do things alone, but she really needs to rely on other people for help like she’s not a fighter. She went back to Linfen, but she did not go back to the yamen and where she could’ve had an abundance of help. At some point, your stubbornness and unwillingness to have other people help, will leave you in mortal danger. She can’t play around on her own here she needs back up.
