You’re right. That was the whole point. She started to get suspicious because he didn’t jump out and say anything,…
I wonder if episode 10’s conversation between ML and LG that LG will tell her what ML said in regards to not carrying how many scandals she has or whatever.
Guan Jie is a pimp.I worry that SD will cause MM physical harm with his scary mood swings and dual personalities.
A high end one apparently; sex optional or only go so far.
Considering FL was talking to another version of herself in the mirror. I’m not sure his are dual personalities. But he definitely got jealous and angry quickly. At the same time, she’s no angel either if she’s going to continue leading him on while still hanging out with that other guy, then he should just leave as painful as that may be. It’s very messy, but that’s how a lot of lives are. When we want to have good romance and stuff, but you can’t have that without all the other parts too. Not saying cheating and craziness and what not is a good thing like having a relationship built on not the best things or at least willing to tell each other the truth of which the show highlights.
Literally everyone has insecurities. Including ML who is very much the green flag; in this mess of people and their emotions. Even though him and Gong are opposites in personalities, their truthfulness and not hiding anything and being real as real as they are, I think is why they are friends.
I don’t like that older lady Guan Jie that keeps popping up like a bad penny with threats of exposing FL‘s past to ML just because FL doesn’t want to play act mistress anymore and find cheating men. She runs a flower shop and apparently a coffee shop; wants to do something different with her self even though it’s quite obvious her abandonment issues go back to her childhood since again today we got flashback of when she was a little girl and her father with the apparently another family.
Poor ML had to do deal with someone else that he thought of as more like family abroad confess to him. I think he handled that pretty well. And I like that he told FL that that’s how he saw her and it mirrored very closely to the story that Gong told her about the ex he didn’t say it in so many words, but quite obvious that he went through a hard time after the ex left.
SD has some anger issues he’s got to address, but you can also understand his frustration since he chased MM for seven years while she was with the other guy, obviously not knowing for a long time that she was one of apparently three women in total. And while I understand him being angry with her to a degree, though the forcing himself on her for a bit was unpleasant to watch, but she herself swore to ML that she could be loyal to just one person, and yet in an intimate moment, her head went straight to that other cheater guy. I think she should have never agreed to be with SD until she completely got over the other dude. It’s like everyone is moving way too fast. They had that argument after the not being able to sleep together and then the next morning it’s like nothing happened and he took her to some location where she could have her own photography studio that he paid a lot of money for that he borrowed off of ML. Like you guys have only been an official couple for one day and you were just extremely angry with each other and now you’re all of a sudden gifting her this lavish, expensive gift? It’s just seems quite odd.
Hence, nobody’s perfect in the story and everyone has flaws and things they need to work on and work out.
And these are just my thoughts on one episode lol.
Okay did anyone understand her testing him by leaving the lipstick in the car? I personally think it was her way…
You’re right. That was the whole point. She started to get suspicious because he didn’t jump out and say anything, but then at the same time she didn’t ask him who was calling like any normal girlfriend would.
If you are looking for something complex and not your usual romance drama, then this one is definitely for you.…
Well, the ML is a total green flag with only one relationship so that’s really not it but they go into their relationship literally not knowing practically anything about each other so obviously there’s bound to be some issues. After eight episodes she’s keeping all of her secrets afraid to tell him, but at the same time is being suspicious of him for any slight anything.
Ok, you all, what is the 4-11 on this drama. Worth it? New ones are coming and don’t want to waste time. Thank…
If you are looking for something complex and not your usual romance drama, then this one is definitely for you. Otherwise you can wait until you got a lighter load lol.
I think there’s no expectation for rooting for anyone particular obviously, ML and FL are together, but this…
I think there’s a lot of people in the cast so they’re giving them a lot of screen time; with him, I like his character because I remember LYN saying that this particular character of his was very different than what he would play usually because usually we see him in costume dramas being sort of morally gray, almost red flag and here he’s a total green flag as people who saw the manhua were saying on Weibo so though he obviously has secrets (that basically the only woman he ever loved his first love in college, left him, and he has been very guarded since then; not being with anyone, but then she apparently reappears here and FL jumps to the wrong conclusion; so they’ll have to work that out), they’re not cheating secrets or anything of that nature like we see with everybody else here pretty much or losing their mind. But I agree with you he doesn’t need more screen time and I think that his story will get fleshed out a bit more as time continues. But I’m enjoying this a lot because it’s totally different than your usual romance that you say. I wrote like a whole novel up top about what I thought of these last two episodes.
Ep. 8 and them saying XB couldn’t sing and all that made me snort considering LYN is I believe the only real singer in the cast. He was all singing off key trying to make them sound better 🤣🤣🤣.
This show is so interesting. like do they want us to root for the FL and ML when her and Gong have the real chemistry?
I think there’s no expectation for rooting for anyone particular obviously, ML and FL are together, but this show is so like different and maybe five dimensional that you can root for whoever you want.
