Well, he knows he’s the ancestor of that dragon demon but it’s something he never wanted to become. He was always scared to become a demon and now that’s exactly what happens because the sword was broken.

So does the breaking of the sword mean ZYC gets his demon side to come out? Talk about a blow. First he gets his ass kicked by LL with everyone else just somewhere else doing Lord knows what but now he becomes the one thing he has always despised, and only recently started to understand. Talk about an existential crisis.

They never did open the cabinet. I think if they did, they probably would’ve seen a glowing orb or something. Because sometimes it’s the real BJ and sometimes it’s LL in BJ’s body, you can sort of tell the small differences.

Yes, I agree. Angst is needed in a show sometimes, but this is just stupid. And they’re not even together and they haven’t even confessed to one another, though they clearly feel something for one another.

I just thought of something; do you remember whichever episode it was where they came from dumbass camp to arrest WX for the murder of the Prime Minister and BJ’s father hid her in their house and she heard the cabinet rattle and went to investigate but didn’t open it. By then, BJ was already trapped in that cabinet by LL. Or his core or soul or whatever they call it. So now it’s bits and pieces of him this entire time because I’ve noticed some things off in these episodes even before the whole showdown.

I ended up fast forwarding through the majority of today's episodes. Just do not need this crazy train of angst that has to do with a spell 🤦🏻‍♀️ hope that by tomorrow that stupid bracelet comes off and misunderstanding solved. And same goes for the other two.

Ditto. I've seen him in two long dramas and his acting impressed me. I wanted to see him in an ML role. But this mess? If it wasn't for him and some older actors plus a semi decent plot; I probably would've given this like a 5.5 or a 6. I'll write review today and forget this mess. Hope he gets better scripts in the future. Though looking forward to him as SML in Tales of Dark River; his character isn't easy to play, so I want to see how he does.

If it's a well written SE, I'm totally fine with it, but this was just an absolute mess. It's like they just threw everything they could at the last episode and then threw it away. This was one of the worst OE I've seen in a very long time. Only rating it is 7 because of the great acting, fighting whatnot of several actors otherwise it would've gotten a much lower rating. 🤦🏻‍♀️
