The reason I think so is because it’s always the same exact rating of 7.7. Even if people are comparing it to LBL (different story, genre, everything save for CXX and that Kido dude) it still shouldn’t be this exact same rating it could be anywhere else on the spectrum.

I think he already has. I mean she the book version of herself thought she was paying for his tuition and what not and he's living in a luxury apartment and sleeping around so the man is trash obviously now the real life her having read the book or most of it knows this. As for the leads, they have to develop feelings for each other even though ML may supposedly develop them first she won't be far behind. Also remember in episode one we met the ML in her timeline so even when she gets transported back to her world who's to say what role he really played whether or not he is the one who caused her to fall back in time and into the book?
