You are correct, I did! XYL had his first costume drama release this past February where he played the SML. His character was the cute 3rd wheel in "Ms. Cupid in Love". It was also a lesser caliber drama that did pretty well. I gave it a 7.5 and would recommend for anyone who wants a cute & corny rom-com. He's got another modern drama to come but no word on when. It kind of got stuck somewhere. Other then that, he's been pretty quiet. Not sure what he's doing filming wise.

Honestly, I don't even know what it was. Like the voiceover was putting me to sleep. And it looks like a decent drama. I just couldn't get into it. You and I don't always agree on the same dramas so maybe it'll work for you.
This was a great blog to read even after watching the show. Also wasn't sure whether I should watch something that's got such a huge amount of material but a friend suggested it for me if I liked Indiana Jones/Lara Croft type stuff, then I should give it a whirl. I originally watched (in October or November of last year) for Liu Yu Ning but Xiao Yu Liang caught my attention and peaked my interest. So I started to follow him as well. I gave this a 9/10. It's really a great show and I've never watched any of its prequels nor sequels save a Mystic Nine film this past March. I think this cast had tremendous chemistry together and I hope if not another something from this whole thing, then I really hope they get to work together again in some capacity.

No one knows; those first 5 minutes could literally be anywhere in the second half of the drama including the ending. Think it was done on purpose to keep everyone guessing.

They really should try not doing word for word translation lol. Gold Wind Light Rain sounds way better and actually poetic. What about the other one? Like Six Circles of Hell sounds better then Six Hell Hall which sounds painful and in need of an ER 🤣.

The FL isn’t winning herself any pts that’s for sure. But I also want BCF to be with the woman that he loves, but not sure that’ll happen as the scene on the beach suggested; it seemed to foreshadow their future with that face covering that blew off her and then he caught it for a moment before it blew out of his hands.

Go into a drama without expectations; that way if it's not good, you won't be disappointed and if it's great, you have that extra boost. If you want BL, I think Korean or Thai dramas would suit you more.
