Title Master of My Own
Though I’m actually happy FL and SML are together, the “confession” was weird. I always feel like SML talks about himself all the time. He never seems to ask about her or what she wants. He told her about his past relationship and then confessed. He said he thinks they’ll walk the path together; he didn’t ask her if walking on that path was what she wanted and needed. It was a not confessiony for my taste. That said he does take care of her and courts her as opposed to being mean and pushing her around. I’m very glad that FL turned down ML because that was what he needed; the man understood after the fact that he was too full of himself. But at least he finally acknowledged his own feelings. Just as suspected, lady love bowed out gracefully after showing him the way. And we see the dirty side of business. Let’s see how NM handles her next professional hurdle.
