I was never a secretary, but I've worked corporate and had a boss that was a bigger a-hole than this character; only worked at that location for 2 years but I gained a lot of experience and it also was one of the largest reasons why I got out of the corporate world. So I do feel for our FL and hence why I want ML to get his comeuppance.
