Hoping Devil's wk ends soon (though it is entertaining and cool to see them really work hard to win against the other teams); we're nearly halfway and no where near trying to catch the terrorists (not they're very organized but still). The auto generated subs are taking a lot of the nuances out of the show. Tencent can be very cheap if it wants to.

Just for that, you shouldn't give it a pass. It's not like she does it all the time. Plus the female empowerment aspect is a good thing and both leads are good. Give it a shot, if it doesn't engage you, you can always drop it.

Exactly. She should just be a regular cop. There you don’t need a team and can be by yourself. She’s pretty self absorbed; like when NM helped her with her vertigo problem and she passed, she wasn’t even grateful. All she cares about is the medal she won; like you’re saving lives here and protecting ppl not winning medals; if she doesn’t change her Competitive streak soon, her entire team will lose the drill or even their lives.

Yang Shu doesn't belong in a military type setting. She's always trying to do things on her own. She's a one woman army even when wrong and will get ppl killed if they follow her. She's clearly unwell and yet still wants to fight head on when that's the wrong tactic. Doesn't care about her brothers and sisters in arms, it's all about her and winning. Chick needs to learn "there's no I in team."

They are supposed to fall in love so we'll see how they develop that. He does have a caring side obviously but he's supposed be Mr. Grrr all the time with them. When he's caught at some funny disadvantage, it is very cute lol.

Yeah, I mean I know what our marines and special ops personnel have to learn like Krav Maga and whatnot but nothing that would permanently damage their bodies because then they're not strong enough to actually fight in a real battle.

And the skin peeling off after wearing the weights and sandbags. I obviously get the extent of training but when it can cause bodily harm to that extent, you know things won't heel overnight. I think something more realistic has to be shown. But thanks for the other explanation; the subs on WETV leave a lot to be desired so I missed that one.

Training is barbaric seriously. Btwn ppl's limbs being blown off to skin coming off, there's no way in hell any special ops anyone trains to harm. The plus side was that once again today NM was seen as the glue that holds everyone together. She may have a slight crush on the captain though lol.

That was their first time really coming together and it was a truly powerful scene. Thought it was funny how after NM hugged captain Qin and he shoo'd her away the two guys came forward also asking for hugs 🤣🤣🤣.
