Dilraba is her name as I'm a fan of hers. But that's understandable. QJJ is not hung up on the crush, she just fondly remembers him. She still likes him a lot but who wouldn't? If she was hung up on him, she wouldn't be the strong, independent woman that she is with a very successful career.

Everyone is different, but most dramas you don't usually get a real sense until about episode 10-15. Sometimes longer. Personally, I liked it from the get go because it is so realistic and their chemistry hooks you plus there aren't any tropes or cliches.
