I’m not a source reader, but from what I understood from a friend that read the book that he basically has always been cold to her and always said mean things to her. And it’s only later on that I guess he regrets it but she’s already either with ML or on the way to be with him and she I guess tells SML where to go and how to get there a.k.a. take a long walk off a short pier.

I just hope YZ is still alive. Obviously, the emperor is but he needs more people on his side. That’s for sure. We’ve seen the ones in the open and I wonder how many there are left behind the scenes.
