Oh, I’m aware of all of that. But when real life already sucks enough you want a drama that entertains you not brings you more misery. Nothing in the trailer or even in the synopsis or any other clip that I had seen prior to what not had anything like what we’ve been seeing with Steve and all the jobs and the competition trying to do everything in their power to screw everyone’s lives up, including the child’s. Just not for me is all. I actually put this drama on my watchlist last minute because I wanted to support ZLS and everything she’s going through, but I can’t stick around if I don’t support the storyline.

I wouldn’t call it brave I mean, if I’m not into a drama I’m going to drop it. It’s just seems weird to me that other people are telling me well you’re jumping to conclusions and you shouldn’t do that; like is it any of your business really? I’m allowed to drop or watch whatever I want. If you’re enjoying the drama, please continue to do so but don’t come at me telling me what to do. 🤦🏻♀️

I’m not jumping to conclusions. I just don’t like seeing kids being used as pawns in a show even though it’s obviously show related. As well as other unrelated material. This show was about the leads and their original marriage being based on lies and manipulation and how they are trying to get a divorce, but he realizes he wants her back and if they had just stuck with that concept it would’ve been great.
I also have the right to drop a drama, I’m not enjoying. But like I’ve already said two times above and maybe you need to reread it if you are enjoying it, please continue to.

That’s valid. I mean, who wants to watch something when you know it’s stupid, but they drag it on and drag it on. Or when they throw a bunch of unnecessary crap into a pretty strong drama and everything just fizzles away. I just dropped one drama today because of that.
Just figured out why despite his evil deeds I don't hate Murong Yao - same actor was Young Master Yue in MJTY…
Also FOF. But this is a different character for him. In both of those, he played a protagonist or at least someone who wasn’t bad or evil was just born into circumstances. In this case, this is a whole different shift for him and his acting. He’s literally playing the wolf and sheep’s clothing and I think that’ll do him a world of good when it comes to versatility and acting. I actually like the actor; he likes to have fun and he has quite a few friends so to see him this basically out of control maniac is jarring.

We had plenty of angst in the beginning with the leads. And them understanding each other’s lives, which was what basically the entire trailer was about and then all of a sudden, all this other stuff started to be thrown in. No one needs it. The story was so strong prior to it, and now you literally using every thing and its grandmother Just to move things along?

I think now it’s moving toward ML’s storyline but I do agree with you. I really couldn’t care less about the stupid sister or dumb ass from the other country. They’re trying to play on our sympathy bone with him, but we know exactly who and what he is. A lot of people were dealt, humiliating and bad things in life and they don’t turn into sociopaths.

Exactly everybody is sick of those shows where the misunderstandings are for starters juvenile and secondly stretch out so long that people end up either dropping the shower or just skipping episodes.
