I’m not sure whether this is true or not but Someone in the comments did say that once he becomes emperor it won’t be a good thing that he will become also obsessed with FL and will start hindering her or doing other things that he didn’t before. It would really suck if he became as bad as his brother or father when he takes the throne. It’s enough that we now understand That he is scheming and cunning to get sympathy, but not necessarily because he still cares about FL I think at this point to him, she’s meant to be by his side like a trophy. He remembers their childhood memories and that’s how they’re supposed to be like nothing changes like he does all these things supposedly for her when in reality it’s for him. He’s seen ML help FL and hold her and what not and he still doesn’t get the message. if he was the type of man that was benevolent and caring he would’ve seen that and stepped back and said cool. She has found someone she loves. Instead, he keeps trying to win her. Again like a trophy. But I think even after ML regain his memories and the rest of that goes down they fight each other. This is after all enemies to lovers so no matter what position CP holds he’s never going to have her because no matter what there’s only one man in her heart.

I saw the trailer too, and I did not see him siding with any enemy other than trying to get the FL to either become empress or one of his concubines. Unless there’s another trailer somewhere showing that.

I think she wants the divorce more because she feels very guilty knowing that that evil core is within her and that thing was part of the monster that killed his parents that’s why she wants him away from her more than the barrier thing, but I’m merely guessing. But I have a feeling he’s going to make a fire with that letter and call it a day. He’s obviously not giving her the divorce that she wants. She could move to Mars or to another planet made of demons forever and he’s not going to give her a divorce. No thumbprints are still needed in divorce, but not in their marriages all those bowing things and kneeling and hair things that’s how they marry or what they consider married also consummating The marriage is considered married so fingerprints they don’t do in historical times. This is technically a historical drama, though with a fantasy element. But the wedding that they did was traditional like in all historical dramas without any fantasy elements so the same goes for divorce. I’m just looking forward to him beating up the freak and Getting her back. I will find out how that happens or rather win from my friend who washes it before I do today we are in different time zones and then I will know when to start watching 32 and I know 33 according to the schedule is official reconciliation so I skipped all of the nonsense and will skip the rest of the nonsense with the freak because I do not want him on my screen and will go straight to them together and then them reconciling and then moving toward dealing with all the evil and whatever else and her getting pregnant and the happy ending. Though like I said in a post before with all the sex, they had right after marriage. I would not be surprised at all if she was already pregnant.

That’s actually a very good point. The only time he seems to show any concern was in yesterday‘s episodes when she had the dizzy spell next to ML. But when her hand was basically dripping blood only ML noticed some other people did too I believe but well, he could smell the blood. It was also very visible. So yeah, I agree with you that he’s been trying to gain sympathy from her. I wonder if the assassination attempt that he originally orchestrated, though his asswipe brother took advantage of was also a sympathy play. He’s not as meek and fragile as he seems now that I’ve seen that. I think that’s what he’s seeking from all the people around him his father included. Though I’m also wondering if he knows that his father wants to sacrifice him for his own bullshit longevity thing he’s way more cunning and smart than those around him are giving him credit for. And yes, there’s a lot in regards to sympathy, but he’s playing the same game in the capitals so I think it’s obvious that he wants to gain support from her and her family but he also doesn’t want to seem strong in front of other people so he can gain sympathy and support in the capital. Marrying that ridiculous daughter of the minister I think was also a power move even though he obviously didn’t want to, but he’s got this powerful minister behind him so marrying her was like OK whatever I’ll just do it. I need his support so I’ll do it. FL still sees him as this kind gentle whatever person but she doesn’t see that he’s Smart and cunning also and scheming. Which then begs the question once he becomes an emperor what kind of emperor will he be? The type the FL thinks he is or will he be a bit abusive of his powers as well? I don’t think he’ll be as bad as his brother And he will most likely care for the people and be a good ruler, but in order to be a good emperor you have to be cunning and scheming just maybe not mirthless to the people that are loyal to you and care about you. I also wonder once he becomes emperor will he chuck that minister his daughter aside and not make her empress. He does have the power to do so Just because he’s named emperor doesn’t mean she automatically becomes an empress. He may want FL to become the Empress, which, of course is something she does not want, especially now that ML is in her heart, but even before that she was a general, she didn’t want to sit and be part of a harem and be a stool pigeon locked in a cage. So it’ll be definitely interesting now that we’ve seen this side of him; funny how just one grip of a vase by a hand that supposedly can’t do anything has brought so many thoughts to the forefront.

I’m loving the addition of LY and JJ. JJ can provide most of the humor now especially when paired with gremlin LYN. And LY is just a cutie. Maybe he will bring some of the introverts out of their shells.

I’m so glad LY gets to experience Spain with the rest of these folks. I don’t think he’s ever left the country for like a fashion week or a brand thing or anything of that nature so this is a great experience for him.
