It’s because of her rule of never dating or marrying a soldier and now she’s got feelings for him that are quite obvious, but she’s still concerned and so it delays her response to him. But he respects her and that’s what I love about these two is that they don’t have any miscommunication going on. She’s just scared because of the way she grew up in a military family, knowing that she’s not going to see him all the time just like it was with her father.

So ML Falls first apparently or at least admits first. She’s a lot more hesitant, but thankfully that is short-lived based off the previews. And thankfully also based off previews, the third wheel goes away because she introduces her boyfriend to him. I am so glad that that trope is disregarded before it starts. I mean she’s already weary of him given that she suspects him and more obviously and truthfully his family’s company of pirating treasure.

Apparently, he did have some sort of small thing, but it was false and in regards to his personal life. Basically his ex-girlfriend apparently accused him of cheating and it never happened.

That’s basically what she said in this interview and that the thing apparently gave her PTSD and when she saw the videos later, she said something along the lines of had she known it was there at the time she would’ve jumped off the roof. So I’m glad she didn’t know.
