Well, in general, I have it but watching two series with a lot of iffy moments does not help. I mean I’m just wondering whether these two episodes today will make NH yet again responsible for something and hated on and harmed.

I think it’s pretty obvious right now that the uncle is the villain. And the emperor is just an asshole.

I know the copyright laws and what she's doing, please don't teach someone who's worked with it it all. She said she'll think about it. Give her some space, forget Google exists because there are other ways. She can do as she pleases.

For the last time, I'm not talking about YouTube. I'm talking about her own website like Wix or something. The WIPO link I sent her explains what she can do with proper copyrighting. It takes work but just having ppl from MDL know where to find her she's got a fan base, that's how it's done. Again up to her but it can be done without Google or YouTube.

It was just cringe worthy.

Of course you can’t make money off of things you don’t own that’s plagiarism. I’m talking about cover songs or other things or translation of songs if China is cracking down and doesn’t want people to do translations or covers that’s something that needs to be decided through the international patent organization. But I’m also not talking about YouTube. I’m telling her to leave YouTube and go to somewhere else where she can create her own page. She has to get permission and the copyright has to go to the owner.

I’m not talking about YouTube and when it comes to copywriting, she can go to the WIPO page that is to do with all copyrights in the world and see how to properly do that. People do covers of songs all the time I’m not saying she says that she owns the copyright. Just that she’s doing a cover of something and the copyright belongs to the owner whomever. If in China, they are stricture than your regular Joe then there are other ways to figure out how to deal with it legally. I’ve seen how YouTube does it that’s why I’m telling her to go and start her own website. I worked in IP law for two years and I worked with both the USPTO for patents trademarks and copyright it was a long time ago, but the websites still are able to tell you how to work things properly. In any case, it’s her choice to decide how she wants to do it.
