too many parallel arcs which make it so hard to track and be invested ! - i only cared about s1 characters and they did not deserve what was in store for them !

I know the mother comes before wife -- that logic right ...but here I was implying that he did not treat her as family - he did not have to choose he shouldn't have ! you go through thick and thin together that's family !

and he should have tried to kill the princess instead (yes he was certainly dying after that attempt and most probably going to fail at it too ...but it's better than sacrificing his wife in the name of family !)
