I've studied ancient Greek last year and studied ancient greek and roman history many times before. I've already been to Germany before so from that point of view it's really not interesting (and I never got to see tourist sites anyways)^^ you'll have to tell me all about your trip! since it's your class you're going with friends right? that's super fun :D

I'm welcoming my chinese penpal and her mother in july and I might visit my cousin in paris. then in august, I'm going to Germany to my other penpal :) but the train is super expensive: 103 euros for only one way (not coming back)! like seriously!

I'm going to inflict myself self torture and get this! haha! alors... I've been preparing for next year (already have homework to do) and also...the summer holidays! oh yeah! officially starts in a week :D this has been the dream keeping me alive for more than 9 months!XD do you have anything exciting planned for the holdiays?

I totally agree :) I actually lived in north america when i was little so that helped me keep an acceptable english (american^^) accent and i memorize my english work better too

haha, I remember my physics and chemistry class... :S they gave me my worst grades and even when i worked on it like a whooole lot i never got good grades :( phyics and chemistry classes must not have liked me XD

yeah if that's the case I think you're doing the right choice if it's like in France, it way better to do sciences and maths (opens up almost all other possibilities to study afterwards including literature which is completely stupid but whatever)
in france in HS you have to chose bw 3 different sections: literature, economics and social, scientific. the scientific classes are the most popular (bc after graduating you can study anything you like) and often considered to have the best student -_- if you do economics and social than if you change ur mind u can't study science and maths and if u study literature u can't study either economics and social nor science and maths if u change ur mind later so in that case ur doing the right chose:)

good dramas... um... what kind of dramas do you like to watch? you could try my girlfriend is a gumiho (loved this one)or scent of a women (I didn't like the looks of the actors that much but the story was really touching)... I'm watching 4 different ones at the moment and I'm too afraid of continuing bc I'm afraid of having my heart broken for the 100th time XDD and some bc I'm just bored too^^

I have a lot of friends whose parents wanted them to do maths and not just languages but after graduating, they were able to do whatever they wanted anyways, I know my parents didn't want me to do the literary section in high school but after several looong talks they finally gave in (hehe my power of persuasion^^)

haha!it's to be a teacher, the government pays you, it's something particular to France. I'm in the equivalent of my second year of uni but it's a prep'school to enter the school where you get paid (it's difficult to explain)I don't know if I'm the studying hard type, I do study a lot but only at the last moment, that's when I study like crazy. My problem this year is that I watch dramas over homework: it helped me to relax because we have so much pressure but on the other hand it keeps me from finishing (the huge amount of)work which makes me even more stressed so I watch more dramas and it's a vicious circle XD (to get good marks there were time when I only slep 6 hours in 3 days)I can't say I regret but I'm not right either^^
don't worry you still have plenty of time to think about what you want to do :))
