This drama deserves a higher rating compare to those romantic cheesy dramas that came before them this year. The character of Geum Ja who's always one step ahead against her opponents are one of the reasons why this drama deserves a higher score. You often see a feisty character in a kdrama being portrayed by heroines that when it comes to love they lose focus and became suddenly wimpy but not with this heroine, her badass character all throughout the series is such a breath of fresh.

I am really a fan of Asian dramas and has a lot of Korean titles that I've finished in 2-3 days time. I was able to finished Cloy in one week because I lost interest halfway through and what made me finished it are the subplots about the ajumma's in the village, the comrades of the hero and the secondary characters' love story. I gave this drama an 8.5 rating over 10 because of acting and deducted 1.5 for some cheesy lines in this drama.
