Shengsheng does say that she met him after he disbanded with the group (irl) but yeah no more than that... The twist disappointed me ToT

Yes, in the end we see Shengsheng talking about the novel that she wrote and she explains how she got inspired by idk what to make a story based on body swap. Her relation to Jiang Yi is real, he really is a celebrety and they do really end up together but the whole story we saw during these 26 episodes was fake and there never was body swap.
