I'm always contemplating myself while watching this series, simply because I can relate. The only difference is that Third actually made progress, while I bottled it up my whole college life and my best friend never knew.
Is this a remake? I though it is the second part of the story :( I don't want to watch another cast !! what happen…
This is a remake. The "season 1" would only take 3 episodes, though. Episode 4 will be the start of book 2.
What happened with the old cast? Dramas, lots and lots of dramas:
•Rumor is that Godt, or at least his management didn't want to do BL anymore.
•The producers of supposedly season 2 was not given the rights on the actors.
•Chiffon didn't actually liked the initial cast; and the producers of season 1 never listened to her suggestions, like casting New Year as Wayo.
The initial plan was to only replace Godt; but with all the additional drama, they simply decided to replace everyone. The Fairy Angel Gang members are still the same, though.
Phana, Kit, Beam - MedicineWayo - ScienceForth, Ming - Engineering
Each faculty has their own building but not necessarily each major.
Wayo is from the faculty of Natural Sciences, major in Biology. He shares the same building with Park, a Chemistry major.
The Crazy Med Gang are from the faculty of Medicine, major not mentioned. They are classmates in all subjects so it's safe to assume that the 3 have the same major.
Forth is most probably a Mechanical Engineering major. Ming is unknown; I assume that he is a Pre-Engineering student? In my college, we start off as Pre-Engineering students and then choose our major in 2nd year.
The only two who don't seem to really fit for me right now, are the person that plays Phana and the one that plays…
I can agree that Ben does not have the physical stance of swooning everyone with his looks(as described in the books), I think Chiffon had her reasons of choosing him.
As for Dome, he actually fit the description of Beam in the novel. He was not cute; it was only Forth who says that. He was as manly as Forth, only less buffed; that's why they were described as the odd couple of the three since Wayo and Kit are described as cute by people around them.
I'm still not sold on this...I didn't really go gaga for the first cast, though there were some nice moments.…
We don't get to see much of their chemistry on-cam since they only peek on some parts; but seeing them off-cam: how they talk and interact with each other can already show what to expect in the series.
Wayo is the Moon of the faculty.
Episode 6 is MingKit
Episode 7 is ForthBeam
Balanced, as all things should be.
