yeah in the flash-back when he was telling her other colleagues about her it felt like he is saying rumors that are a lil embarrassing pregnancy is not an embarrassing thing (Don't get me wrong am not saying depression and anxiety are embarrassing but no matter how it's normal to have this these times still a lot of people are not comfortable to share that and sadly a lot of people make fun of these mental health problems just like in that scene it seemed like they are making fun of her and felling bad for her..they will not react like that if it was pregnancy
