They are just using their relationship for showing laidi growth in career and life but with so many people why she is always lonely because since childhood to now this is nothing she reslly wanted and just doing because someone has say so , the only time she think about herself and wanted something and they dont let her have him ,its heartbreaking and suddenly someone comes and do things according to him and say he likes her without even considering her feelings by what logic he should get the girl , just because he has outgoing (really annoying personality) and he is rich he can do whatever he wants and everyone just kind of accepted it and says she is in age where she should date and all stuff but is that she really wanted shy nobody ever throughout this drams so far cared for and asked for what she really want , and ok if she did everything if someone told her to do it, shouldn't she atleast get someone she loves in life, he was the one she really wanted and she didn't forget him all this time its always feng xiaoxiao and theyare suddenly force someone on her just because he wants to, why should she accept him and why should like him back if that happens this drama will truly lost its feel and become heartless , fengxiao xiao and laidi are the real couple even if they dont end up together its not hongbins place also

I also think that at the end xiaoxiao and qing'e deserve better ending and not some forced relationship

Pls just look carefully, i don't what perception are you keeping while watching but its totally biased, hongbin and xiaoxiao are two different people come from different world, even if hongbin didn't do anything in life he will still be rich and not care about daily needs because his family is rich, he didn't care about anything not doing a job, not considered fl feelings, just do whatever he thinks is right and given him the power and time with fl which looks totally forced she , and its not about hongbin and xiaoxiao its about laidi does she not deserve to have she has liked and loved everybody was against there relationship but with hongbin somehow kind of she becomes big girl and can decide and can date but they didn't give choice to laidi and xiaoxiao . You should really look what are they trying to show not your perception full of bias ,if someone did good thinks for you even if you told them not to but they did for your good ,just because he likes you so you have to like them back and get together if this is you think is love then you didn't even know what the love is,by this logic 70% dramas should get fl and 2nd ml or villain into relationship because they care for fl, pls get together:>

And he is not other group mate he was the first one since childhood who has taken her side always and he goes away because she is already on peak of her career and he has already loose his voice and cant do opera again so he didn't want to her watch him in that state and he thinks that she is already with hongbin thats why he leave, he genuine loved her but i also dont think he will be the one at the last because he is not the ml but for me xiaoxiao and laidi is the only couple who truly love each other

I dont know if we are watching the same drama or not, where did you get all this idea of him being jealous of fl , since childhood he has shows differently towards fl, he was happy seeing her name and not jealous, he got jealous when he saw her hugging and anyone would have been jealous because he lovers her and she also loves him, so far she didn't show any feeling of love towards hong bin ,and i am sure they are trying to force her towards him, so far she is only doing everything because thats what everyone wants from her not and nobody really ask wether she really wanted this , the only thing she really try to get on her own was feng xiaoxiao she genuinely loves him and didn't change even after hong bin did so much for her, this shows she has never even consider him, but they will be showing some scenes in the future Episode where she suddenly think about him good and think she already fallen for him and they will become couple but if that really happens then, its truly loose that last emotion that keeps her herself , having crush on xiaoxiao and loving him is the only feeling and emotion is her own in her life and not someone has forced or put on her

Masterpiece, do watch but with patient.slow burn but with lots of charecter and lots of story,worthwhile and i am watching all day long without being bored although i am very picky with story and actors, dont think just because it has old actors it old fashion, its just gives so much butterfly and overall the story resolve around fl. And they are cute.

I think you're being biased here, we all watched thid drama and anyone can tell that it could have been much better but the story is literally mediocre we can understand a litter bit bad acting but if does not have good story line it just become mediocre if not for iu and bws many would not have watched this drama including myself,we watched only for actors and story disappointed. And talking about boyfriend on demand even though it was not the best but they released in one day so u can skip the bad part and watch good parts thats why it was not unbearable abd jisoo acting was bad in some previous dramas but in boyfriend on demand she improved lot atleast she was looking authentic and real not forced though

Right, its a great drama for some one who have just started watching kdrama but not for the one who has been following kdrama for 5-6 years ,just to fast for it

Just because you like it doesn’t mean everyone will like it, and i didn't say it bad but rather its not upto the scale it should have been i am also watching drama till now but i will not rewatch it definitely because there isn't something that keeps hanging about it, the story just keeps going and going without and strong foothold and till now three times fire brokeout at same place do you really think the story is great i dont think so, i am watching only for iu and bws and will watch for it rather that its just nothing in terms of story well after ratings comeout you will get it, again its just my point of view ,but its true to some point

The story is very mediocre if it is not for IU and BWS it wouldn't have gathered so much attention and viewers just based on story till 10 episode nothing extraordinary happened allegedly this could have been the modern version of princess hour with exciting story of modern emperial world but it just couldn't happened i think because they put more efforts in Actors and think the actors are enough for drama to hit and it does did that but at the very end it just a boring and mediocre screen writing and very superficial. Again this is just my point of view, many would not even care about story as long as their favorite and trending actors are there, i was very anticipated for this one but its just not upto that.

The only problem is why the ML and FL dont have much screen time together as far there should be more ST of then together

Other than virtual plot everything was good nice office romance with cute interaction lite headed drama with no lots of surprises if the virtual dating plot not had and they just made a simple rom-com with office romance plot it would have been much better this although i enjoyed them (i literally skipped all the virtual plot) hope they could have given more screen time to mains in first few eps but cheerful fluffy romance for one time watch

I didn't say that story is not right i just say not my type and boring and being idolized i am not here to spread hate or something for drama or even less for actors pls read my comment again what i have to say

In general means when you think about a charecter and the acting of the actor you're mind things this just doesn't make sense like in many aspect there costume there speaking style and body language just doesn't make sense like you're showing a powerful general but when you see the actor its more like generals little child more and the one they are fighting are like big bulls in front of them but they can just toss them away just because they are leads its okay in cultivation drama but in dramas like legend of female general that just don't make any sense i just think there will other actors who can pull that charecter in good way than someone with more popularity and good looks thats all it means using popularity and good looks of actors for any drama means idolizing in my opinion obviously
