Hahaha ... or some stupid open ending like some Cdrama we watched. We got a happy ending GeSun style. We wish for a wedding or a picture of ChangGe waiting for A'Sun in front of their tent or house but they are not the type to stay home. They are out and about people esp ChangGe.
For those who were asking, its a happy ending! They are safe and alive. They are TOGETHER. They WILL be together…
The ending is very GeSun style. Like ChangGe said ... what's the point of her wearing a wedding dress when none of her family members are alive to witness or serve tea to. That's my understanding from her conversation with A'Sun when A'Sun said he wants to see her in wedding dress.

They could at least show us GeSun in their Grassland camp or house ... and ChangGe waiting for him at the house with little darling and Asun riding his horse towards them.

A'Sun got ChangGe out of fire. Please don't drink while watching that part or you will spit your food or drink. Hahaha
Chais safe n sound. A'Sun scolded her. She promised not to do that again n know she is wrong.
General LiJing (I think that's his namd. A'Sun master or mentor) rushed into the room with HaoDou. General greeted ChangGe as Princess Yongning. ChangGe said ... what are u talking about. There's no princess. Everything perished in the fire. She told him to tell LSM that she died in the fire and to erased her name from the books (?) ... if LSM asked for her.
LSM asked General where or what happened to ChangGe. General lied to LSM badly (I think the sly fox purposely gave himself away) and was caught by LSM. LSM forced General to tell the truth. So the General related to LSM what ChangGe said.
He said to LSM ... who knows, one day you/we might see them again.
GeSun goes back to Grassland together and live there. Ends w A'Sun lead the Eagle fly n ChangGe saw the Eagle. They are together but I think ChangGe was just waiting for A'Sun to meet up with her.
The weibo TLB viewers were spitting blood n upset and scolding the director ... kekeke ... lots of them were screaming "I didn't pay money to see 2nd lead grand wedding and none for our Main Lead n this ending. WTF!" Not sure if the ending is open ending or not. Hope not as that will really turn a great drama into a bitter taste one.
I wish the director n script writer gave GeSun a Ashile Wedding as ending. That would be a nice touch and satisfy all of us. If it is just 2nd lead with grand wedding n none for our couple, it's really very bitter toswallow.
