The ML is very handsome in modern time ... just that the CWD look they gave him hides his handsome face. Even I couldn’t recognise him under those beard n kept wondering if it is really Sean Sun. A great actor.

It's amazing how people vote it down just because the drama is not their cup of tea. The tags on this drama already inform viewers that this is a serious drama.

Probably voted by people who are more into romance than medical drama and also slow subbing.

This is one very interesting medical drama n I love the dynamics of the 4 main actors and their relationship in the show.

He loves the fact that she from the start is not afraid of him (even after knowing his terrible reputation) and even dare to verbally attack him even though he can see that she is shaking like a leaf. 🤣🤣🤣 He is super attracted to her bravery n guts n she is smart ... matching him.

The parents found out that the organisation lied to them over the years and finally they found out the truth and decided to take her out. Of course the organisation doesn’t want that to happen and they are also afraid if the parents stays alive and they escaped, they are going to whistle blow on them n bring the organisation problems or worst police investigation etc. They also need FL.
Remember the organisation only target at children who are either orphans or parents who don't want their kids n dump them. That's not the case with FL family.

ML is somehow linked to the organisation as he also appeared in the talent variety show as guest but the variety show didn’t happened because FL had a breakdown so ML n family didn’t get suck into the organisation. But the organisation bankrupt ML family business... i guess in order to get ML to be send to the organisation Institution....lucky for ML, his father lawyer came and rescued him.

I noticed that ML is super smart n I think he is smarter than FL. If back then he were to be sent to the institution (his parents have disappeared after bankruptcy), he would have been the leader of the group instead of FL.

I really like this drama because it's very educative n it will reach the masses. Sad that people rate it down just because it isn't rom com or thriller psycho.

PGY is cute silly goofy Mongolian boy here. I love his sisand nephew too. He got a great teacher. Their personality goes well together. Both are goofy.

Yes there is romance between ML n FL policewoman but this drama is not romance focus. It's more on medical and the progress/relationship of interns with their senior doctors and how all 4 of them work together despite some minor personal/work frictions.

It's a very nice medical drama.

He Lso acted as the creep with a coloured eye in Under The Power who is obsessed with FL. 🤣🤣🤣 He was very good in that role.

Watched the 1st episode, acting is bad, CGI is really bad, the sound effects is OMG hilariously bad ... at times I thought I'm watching old video games shooting, the some ultimate fighting scenes effects are so cringy.

Ok ... I soldier it through the KO fighting scene n was expecting him to be reborn ... but no, his soul was suddenly transferred to a young man with a youthful looking women crying over him. Then the woman hugged him ... I thought she is his girlfriend or wife .... NO! .... she is his MOTHER!!! 😵😵😵😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😲😲😲😲 I'm flabbergasted! They could have gotten an actress that looks at least a bit older than ML to be his mother.

So ... I stopped there ... this drama looks promising from the synopsis .... but it's really hard for me to continue watching ... maybe I should skip ep 1 n see how it goes with ep 2.

From my understanding, she suffers from guilt over her sister’s death that she goes into a personality disorder and pretended that her sister is alive but crippled and she becomes her sister.
