Im not surprised if she kiss him or got into relationship with SML since he started to have suspicious on ML and FL relationship. This will be the turning point for ML to become dark.

A lot of people in the comments was wrong this time, its not one sided love from SML but it confirmed that both of them were indeed in relationship and promise to get married. Since day one I said that this was not one sided but both. The necklace was indeed prove of their relationship.

FL and the doctor was doing some kind of volunteers as a doctor at some rural area if im not wrong, but they have some issues which is they been abducted by the bad guy, of course ML heard about that and try to save FL, the rest of it you know classic plot, he try to win FL back doing that and there, and HAPPY ENDING. This was based on the novel, maybe they changed it on the drama.

The same reason for this drama too, illness, devil mother in law, noble idiocy.

In the novel they were already married and divorced not break up, and then we have 6-7 Year of time skip, during that time she was in relationship with that doctor.

In the novel after the break up in episode 32, she will try to move on by getting into relationship with the doctor, maybe will have another time skip like 6-7.

Maybe not liking but actually she was a gf of his brother since there was a scene when his brothers mention that he has a gf.

She will be dating that doctor before she come back with ML

Well according to the novel FL will move on and started dating that doctor guy, and our ML you know started getting jealous,regret, stalker vibe.

We only at 5 episode, you can see fron last scene on episode 5 they already holding hand, who know what happen in the future.

Open ending right, and did FL and ZJ dating and broke up? Or did they change the plot?

They do but for a while before breaking up, it an open ending.
