Twenty Again was extremely underwhelming. I didn't like or hate this, but the comedy, actors, and scenes like the flashbacks were lacking. Perhaps this drama could have been better with a different director.
(disclaimer:I haven't finished the drama yet, watched till the end of episode 14) I'm so surprised that no one…
I wouldn't believe their crappy portrayal of Jung if I were you. You will see by the end. Don't kill your brain cells trying to understand the imaginary abusive sociopath they were trying to make him out to be.
I have mixed emotions about the ending of Achiara. Everything was both fair and unfair. Mostly tragedy. Hye Jin's life was screwed up from the start. She didn't have a chance.
So Yoon should have gone one further step. She should have appeared on the same TV broadcast show Hye Jin was on. She could have exposed Assemblyman Seo and Man Soo. In Man Soo's case, the statue of limitations of his sexual crimes against Ji Sook, Gyung Soon, Hye Jin, and other victims ran out, but he could have been exposed. I don't think him dying from his disease is a good enough reason to get away with what he did.
i started the anime and it was utter garbage, he treated her like shit the whole time, target readers of shoujo…
In the the manga, both Erika and Kyoya are stupid in the beginning. Erika is vain and superficial whereas Kyoya is arrogantly sadistic. From where I last left off, they were both pulling their heads out of their asses and showing signs of growing up. Their relationship was also progressing along.
Also, shoujo mangas are read by female adults too. I should know since I am one :P
I am halfway through watching Dr. Champ. I like this drama so far. Everyone is struggling with past regrets and their own inner conflicts. Especially Dr. Kim. I like her loss of focus compared to in the beginning. There aren't too many female characters like her in Asian dramas. It is interesting to see Dr. Champ playing out the way it is. For me, it's okay to forget about the plot mostly. I find it better looking at this from the relatable human standpoint of each character.
I wanted to pull my hair out over Ep. 2 and 12. Dr. Molester was never arrested by the police. Dr. Han and the entire clinic let him get away both times. In episode 2, Dr. Han only punched and fired his ass. Whereas in that same episode, the other doctor in the clinic, Dr. Choi, was falsely accused as a pedophile and he was arrested over that teen girl's lies. That girl who lied was forgiven and no charges were brought against her. Ironically, she was nearly violated by Dr. Molester when she was under anesthesia on the operating table. In episode 12, Dr. Molester was revealed to have been running an illegal clinic and he escaped once again when Dr. Han stupidly approached him to be his witness for the trial.
Anyway, B & A was literally overkill for just 12 episodes. Too much of everything was packed into this miniseries when it shouldn't have. Surgical scenes were lame gory scenes as well.
I like how the whole point of this movie made Jenny's pregnancy unbelievable and unrealistic. It reflects exactly what naive teenagers think of unprotected sex and pregnancy in real life. They stupidly think it is a fairy tale. The actors who played Jenny and Juno were perfect playing 2 naive dumbasses.

Btw, I can't wait for this movie. :)

Oh well... I will keep an open mind for this. I just hope they don't fuck it up.
