What u mentioned is just what's happening, according to score statistics about 30 % give the series 10/10 which is obviously overrating.

I heard from a volunteer staff that maybe the admins are updating the rating system and removing score manipulators. I think about 0.2 dropping is due to that and the rest is just what people rate after ep 13,14 aired
