Entire existence of Tushan is because of this tree, is what I have understood so far. If tree is gone, Tushan may not exist anymore. Therefore, that tree needs to be protected.

The name of this tree in Chinese characters is -

苦情树 (read as kǔqíng shù). Google translation for this is 'tree of bitterness'

Possibly named so because

1. it appeared as a result of immense bitterness or grief that the 6 realms went through during the war.

Or

2. because the tree originated because of the grief/bitterness left behind after that 100s of years of long war between Spirits lead by SJ and Human probably lead by YIqi or some human alliance of that time.

Going back to E1, I just want to mention about Young DFYC. How cute and adorable was he. The child actor is tooo cute and adorable. He has his charm on from such a young age..

He looks like a key character as far as Team Evil is considered but may not be the main villain. I wouldn't mind if he ends even surprise SJ herself. I'd love to see him betray SJ at a crucial moment.

I also agree with your views on SJ, she has been pretty underwhelming till now as a villain like you said. I can still give her benefit of doubt that her current body was weaker. But after she took JRFs spirit core, she claimed to be much powerful in the recent episodes. Now I want ger to give her best.

Also what makes GG more interesting is that I am ready to buy his motive behind his revenge against humans (not justified but understandable from his pov) but thats not true for SJ. Her only reason is to gain power to rule the 6 realm, for what I am sure even she doesnt know.

The actor is not just good looking but doing wonderful job as GG. He is a grey character which i feel are more impactful that 100% dark ones.

Also whenever he is shown in that grey/black tie dye cloak to hide, he looks gorgeous. His white hair in contrast with greyish black cloak.

I apoligise. But its too hard for me to stop..

By smiling I meant, he will just be the same person in some capacity who isn't scared in the face adversities. His smile may carry a lot more weight, but it'll be there I feel.

Editing team definitely needs a lecture for sure. They do take away a lot from the crucial moments. I had wanted it longer for the first bloody kiss as well. I mean they should have let audience marrinate in the fact that DFYCs blood is so significant for Spirits. Its not harmful as everyone thought to be. Every thing was so good about the scene actors, the kiss itself, visuals and great song. But noo they had make it short
