hey guys please recommend me a drama that looks similar to this
similar in what aspects? "Strangers from hell" deals with dark themes and psychotic killers, but the tone is very different. Are you looking for dark comedy?
I couldn't agree more! I'm also normally a binge watcher, most shows I watch as they air I drop quickly. I was binge watching movies one after the next and decided I'd pick up a rando in my free time. I happened to click psychopath diary not knowing anything other than the title. I didn't even know it was korean!
Needless to say I was hooked as well. I then proceeded to get everyone of my siblings hooked one the show >:)
He's almost killed 3 people and only one of them was a fail due to his conscience. The next ep airs in 9 hours…
Yeah, whether he actually intended to poor the oil or not, it was close to the thug's face and likely would have killed him had it poured. It was bubbling, so still hot.

Yeah, I feel bad for her partner though cause he was clearly uncomfortable with that. Also I'm not sure what patrol officers are allowed to do off duty, but depending on that she could also be facing harassment charges.
I've been studying for 5 years and living in korea for 2, its only a recent thing. able to understand 90% of whats going on. If you really want to learn I'd recommend focusing on learning 2 grammar points per day and practicing through things like YT comments, language exchange partners, etc.. Vocab really comes more from use of words and seeing them in media.
OMG I miss viki! when I moved to korea I my fam had year subs to both drama fever and viki, but neither worked out here! Thats when I first started trying to watch things raw.

Because it's tvn I doubt they'll let it get that far, but technically he's already broken plenty of laws. If it were OCN it might go that route. but most dramas like to at least pretend their MLs are good people. Murder is kind of that thing that tips the viewers off that ML isn't a good person.
I'mma watch 5th live with my sister so I will probably be working as translator for the night. XD
It's a random group of entertainers who died at the age of 27. There's a whole conspiracy that the original members weren't accidental deaths, but murders.
I'm watching this one raw but have decided to drop it after his friend's death... but I'm still curious, can someone tell me how jung woo died? I saw a stomach and head wound but not exactly sure.
I agree with you. This is funny and nice drama to watch. People should watch dramas and enjoy it for drama itself…
Actual question, do you know where I can read more about Ahn Jaehyun's statements about the divorce? I'm not fluent enough in korean yet to find those, and the english ones I'm finding are mostly about the statements Goo HyeSun has released. The only thing I could find on Ahn JaeHyun so far was an explanation of why he wanted the divorce, not much more.
I forgot viewership tends to effect income going forward. For what this drama is I think AJH fits, as I think of what it could have been however, I think they'd have to recast a few of the leads and supporting.
Why did you bother moving negative reviews from naver to here? The best way to discourage viewership is to give…
We seem to disagree on what a hate comment is. For me, most of those contained distaste for the subject of the comment with little proper indication. I always go looking for the negative reviews for things (even on my favorites) to glean some perspective on things I might have missed. Even if I disagree with some of their points I'm much more appreciative of a well written review then substance less fluff, whether praise or hate.
TBH I'm not invested in this show enough to do much of a detailed review. But one of the things that is rather jarring for me is the delivery of lines and acting styles. All her brothers fit their roles well and I didn't have any issues, but almost every time she talks it feels forced and unnatural. Ahn Jae Hyun acts more like a machine than a human, he knows his lines and how to deliver him, but there's no room for natural human expression.

What I'm getting at is that just saying something is bad doesn't help. pointing out why it's bad is much more effective. I personally enjoy the show but I could still give you a long detailed list of flaws.
I was gonna give it more chance for Seul Gi & other hot secondary MLs if the focus got less on curing main lead…

The best way to discourage viewership is to give an in depth review , not post the most popular hate comments, most of which say the same thing and feel like filler.

I'm glad they stuck by the casting. I don't see any issues with him in the role, I think he fits well. South Korea has this nasty reputation obsession and actors and idols are constantly bullied out of work because of damaged rep. Ahn Jae Hyun already had to drop a drama during this scandal despite the fact that his divorce should have been a private matter and no one else's business.
So much as a whiff of some sort of scandal can lose actors their jobs, even if proved false. I hope more dramas in the future stick by their casting decisions and less.
Disclaimer: I'm referring to divorce type scandals and not confirmed sexual assault scandals and such...
I loved this drama since the very beginning, but I'm not going to lie...the first episode does feel like it lasts…
in 2017 I moved to korea and my normal sites like dramafever (RIP) and viki weren't working. I got the right channels for them (while you were sleeping, black, and children of the lesser gods) but I chickened out watching them raw... even though my korean level was high enough to get the gist. If that's the case would you mind recommending some?
I'm very time conscious so spending 4 eps on a drama I didn't like would drive me insane.

Ah. Slumps are the worst. Early November was the first time I'd watched a drama in almost 2 years.
Wow you seem more patient than I, I normally decide to drop or not after one. likely drop eps are 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9. After that I normally finish just for the sense of completion. Lately I've found movie bingeing better due to most being less than 2 hours and then done. Some handle their pacing as recklessly as dramas, but there are a few gems that have reeeaaaally good pacing.

Have you gotten any further yet? I'm curious to see how it goes for you.
I too am a bit apprehensive about later on with how fast the drama is movie, but it's just soooo good that I wont let that ruin my enjoyment of early eps. I also have the opportunity to watch raw so I have the added enjoyment of anticipation rather than choosing when to watch.
While it is an amazing show I fail to see how its underrated.
Oh, I think that's gonna change soon. :) The viewer ratings are mostly increasing right now. It makes me so happy that I can also contribute to that number by watching on tvn as it airs.

Most notable recent members are Amy Winehouse (2011), Anton Yelchin (2016), and Kim JongHyun (2017).
honestly it's kinda morbid and I still don't see the point of making the list.

You listed naver as your source.
