the pacing is weird i agree but its accurate with the book. the different thing from the book is the existence of Cherry. On the other hand Kim is insecure. he wants to give in to Kamol but he still has his doubts. A one night stand suddenly turns into a relationship for him isnt common, specially how the one night stand was. Also Kim when he met Kamol he wasnt over Day yet. He loved Day but Day wasnt all in the relationship ( flashback to the fact he was the only one who liked to give Day a back-hug). So from Kim'spov i guess he is thinking does Kamol actually love him? (if yes) how long will a relationship that started with a one night stand last? will he get hurt the same way Day hurt him when they broke up? and if it wasnt for sex would Kamol still be intrested in him? ofc us as viewers we know Kamol loves him. But despite that and the gestures Kamol did ( like asking kim if he could hug him) Kim moved on from Day and started having feelings for Kamol which makes him scared cuz he is getting attached and doesnt want to get hurt again. Specially with the fact Kamol is in the mafia so in Kim's pov Kamol can get bored or get rid of him whenever he wants.
in my opinion i think how Kim is acting isnt so weird. He was hurt then suddenly this dude tells him he is in love with him after a freaking one night stand i mean... thank god its fiction if it was me i wouldve called the cops already lol.
Finally its almost the last day. THANK YOU everyone in this comment section for allowing me to be able to binge watch this series and not start it before. IT was EXTREMLY tempting and hard to not start it but this comment section was my medicin. Specially when all Youtube does is recommend it to me. But thankfully every sunday i drop by to get spoiled in order to stop myself from watching the whole show and wait till its over. No offense but i think that's too much he may have made a mistake but people shouldn't judge him just because of one mistake i don't think it right everyone needs a second chance if no one supports him and abandon him it's wrong people may think that cuz it's a stranger but if that person was someone u know and u cared about and u know that was a mistake or if it was for example i m not saying he is but if he's one of ur family member will u still say the same thing cuz ik i wouldn't if he was my brother or cousin or a friend i will never abandon someone for a mistake that he has done i will help him reflect on himself and support to become a better person i won't start saying shit about him and then ignore him cuz like that there's a big chance he won't understand what he has done wrong so i think people should help him understand that he did something wrong and help him reflect on himself and support him cuz i don't think none has never done mistakes in there lives if everyone is going to just judge the other because of that mistake then no one will ever be able to have any social relationship cuz making mistakes is one of the many characters of the human kind.
