This drama is definitely unique. It contains more mature themes (which I usually avoid/almost dropped it) and doesn't shy away from trying new things in K-dramaland. The couples were cute and I have to say, Se Hee was an adorable character. Congrats to the cast & crew and the OST is gonna be on replay for me for a while.
I wasn't blown away and held high expectations. However, I was moved a lot by two of the couples (excluding the main one) and laughed at some points but it's not my cup of tea. The whole "go on a trip with others and bond" was nice though. Edit: Two tracks of the OST have stuck with me: John Park's "Like Destiny" and Lim JiEun's "Imagine" <3.
I gave this drama a relatively high score because I enjoyed it. It was light with some funny scenes and lovely characters. LJS and Suzy were two I would never imagine watching, let alone together but despite their imperfections, I was able to like them here. Regardless, Jung Hae In and Lee Yang Seob's characters were the ones to watch. PS: Lee Yang Seob was totally modelling suits xD.
I've seen him first in Coffee Prince and I remember thinking that he has a Japanese look! However, I've yet to finish Coffee Prince and didn't find him that interesting afterwards until Voice. I was easily converted to the evil side by his charming villainous character. He was the best part of the drama. I follow him on Instagram now.
I think it was a few minutes in when I was like *sniff*. The scenes with the kids were especially moving but I would agree with some that despite having some tear-shedding sad moments, there was something awkward about the performance or was it that the plot was a bit boring...(except for one point). Overall, a decent watch.
I didn't expect much and I wasn't excited about the lead actors. It's great to see Lee Sang Yeob in a 'bad guy' role but the great actor he is, he's good at it! I love the comedic moments in this drama and overall, I'm enjoying it.
I usually avoid watching Lee Jongsuk and never got the hype around him. I felt the same about Suzy. Yet, I had to preview this drama to see how bad it would be, ya know? And I liked the OSTs and saw myself giving the actors a chance. I'm enjoying it and getting a few laughs too so I'm happy. :)
I've seen a lot of dramas (100+) but not a single Chinese one. One of these days I might take the leap. Soju, the presentation of this article is pretty. ^^ Thanks for sharing~
Went from Lovely Complex anime to Tegomass to NEWS to Yamapi. I didn't get his charm at first but he became my favourite NEWS member. I like his singing voice. I don't find his acting outstanding but I do enjoy watching him. Yamapi fan, always. <3
