First of all, the lying about NDS identity is all on HJP and it's worse than everything on NDS's list, so the amount doesn't matter when what he did is way worse. I don't know if I can agree with the asian thing because everyone in the korean drama made by koreans thought his delivery was awful even if he said the truth. He has hurt everyone he talked to.
JP is more manipulative to me... when he wasn't being factually rude, he always lied (especially to Dosan, to make it seem he had smth going on with Dalmi). Dosan lies were mostly inoffensive, like pretending to have English classes near her, it has no impact whatsoever.
I don't prefer one or another, both are fine, but you're clearly biased, you've put everything for NDS but not even half of what HJP did... come on now.
